It's been a while since our last visit and I'm happy to say Papi's has managed to keep up with our high expectations. Our group of 8 was promptly greeted and seated. Drink orders were taken and served quickly. My frozen margarita was a bit on the "stiff" side, with a generous pour. My wife ordered a shrimp taco salad. The typical "base" for a salad and topped with large, perfectly grilled shrimp. I went with pollo loko. A grilled, butterflied chicken breast, covered with sautéed onions, peppers and squash; then smothered with a light cheese sauce. The portions were ample with leftovers for take home.

Ok - the Best uptake on mexican EVER. The food is standard’s - represented really well. Black bean soup is to die for. Everything is just next level good.
